4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on Fantasy Gem are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, cards and other approved mobile wallets.
Deposits:
- Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa). Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
- Fantasy Gem does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used must belong to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

- Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (sometimes including the deposit) that must be wagered before withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins are valid for a specific period after activation. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before the condition is met will be removed from your account.
- Game restrictions: Some bonuses may only apply to specific games or categories (e.g., slots only, cricket betting only). Bets placed on excluded games may not count towards wagering requirements.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new offer may require the previous one to be completed or forfeited.

6. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on Fantasy Gem, including PSL cricket, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football and Esports markets:
- All bets are accepted subject to the applicable market rules for each sport and competition. Market-specific rules are displayed within the betting interface.
- Bets confirmed on the platform are binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where a cash-out option has been explicitly offered and is available for that specific bet.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — Fantasy Gem reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to pre-match and live in-play markets.
- For live in-play betting, bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time of acceptance. Fantasy Gem's in-play odds may be suspended during key moments (wickets, boundaries, live action) and will resume after the event is processed.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, the relevant betting rules for that sport determine how bets are settled. In most cases, stakes are returned for events that do not reach a natural conclusion within a defined timeframe.
- Fantasy Gem reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict markets for any account where unusual betting patterns are detected.
7. Account Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not use the Fantasy Gem platform for any of the following:
- Any fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud, or providing false identity information.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
- Any activity that could be considered money laundering or that uses the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
- Attempting to access restricted parts of the platform, reverse-engineer any software, or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.
Violation of any of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent exclusion from Fantasy Gem.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.
